Friday June 21, 6pm-8pm. Food for the Soul will host a Capoeira Workshop!! This event is in support of the VRC Outreach Program. Entry is by donation of a food item. Food received will be used for our Homeless Outreach Program serving the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. Most needed are snack items such as granola bars, etc. Come on out and have some fun, meet our Outreach Team and support a great program!!

We will launch the video, have live music by Scizzor Fairy and a few special guests and stand together to show #recoveryispossible and #treatmentworks.

Friday February 16, MudGod will be here hosting our Open Jam night, Tim’s Rock n Roll Circus!! If you want to get up and play a song with the band, please come out and join us. We’ll start things up at 8pm. Come early to get your chance on stage.
